Apricot Strawflower Seedlings
Certified Organic
Xerochrysum bracteatum
Unique and fiery flowers are perfect for drying.
A truly gorgeous single-colored strawflower in a striking band of tones, which range from strawberry rose to full peach, all with golden undertones that contribute to a luminous glow. As its name suggests, its blooms are straw-like: crisp, papery, and sturdy. These are not botanical petals but are bracts, special leaves that draw in pollinators and stay colorful for years if stored somewhere dry (hence the flower's alias, "Everlasting"). Enjoy them on the plant, then cut them while still fresh and let them dry for summer beauty all winter long.
