Collection: Fennel

This perennial's sweet anise flavor lends an irreplaceable quality to many dishes. It's also chock-full of fiber, vitamins, and minerals. Bulbing varieties (like Florence Fennel) are edible from top to bottom: chop and sprinkle their herby fronds anywhere, or try the bulb in roasted wedges or shaved over salads. Other varieties (like the Bronze) are used exclusively for their foliage. Consider these different uses when spacing out your seeds.
