This red-skinned selection from Cornell University has lightly-netted pink flesh with a fine, succulent texture. The pretty red tubers stay mostly blemish-free and are superb when roasted, baked, sautéed, or in salads. High in antioxidants! Resists skinning, scab and hollow heart.
