A recent release by the University of Wisconsin, Moving Target is a "high-geosmin" beet, meaning it has a robust earthy flavor. Selected for its combination of field performance and flavor, this variety features intense, concentrically circled interiors within the roots in tones of pink, purple, and coral. In our trials, the plants have been sturdy, productive, and not fussy. While life's targets may always be moving on us, this beet keeps on hitting the mark.

Growing instructions
Direct sow or start early. Provide reasonably fertile soil, steady irrigation, and then thin to indicated spacing. Sow in succession for multiple rounds of harvest.
