Summer Savory is typically favored over its winter counterpart (literally Winter Savory) and once enjoyed a thriving popularity. Growing instructions
Direct sow outdoors after frost or start indoors 3-4 weeks earlier. Sow in succession for highest quality fresh savory all season. Plants enjoy dry, moderately rich soil and full sun. Harvest the top 6 inches of the plant, just as it's starting to flower.
