Want to try more than one potato variety, but your garden space is limited? With our potato variety pack, you can grow one of each color of the potatoes we offer (White, Blue, and Red), and cook up colorful meals with your yields.
Includes one .5 lb pack of each of three varieties: Elba, Adirondack Red, and All Blue.
Each .5 lb bag will plant between 3-4 bed feet.
- Elba is a pretty, pale-skinned variety which boasts excellent flavor and is an impressive all-purpose potato. The tubers are large with white flesh and great flavor, and they store well. The plants are high-yielding with good resistance to common scab. Great in soups or stews, salads, or baked.
- Adirondack Red has lightly-netted pink flesh with a fine, succulent texture. The pretty red tubers stay mostly blemish-free and are superb when roasted, baked, sautéed, or in salads. High in antioxidants!
- All Blue has blue skin and blue flesh. Its outstanding flavor and creamy texture make it perfect for baking and boiling.
