Named for the highly influential British horticulturalist and writer Gertrude Jekyll who designed over 400 gardens in the United Kingdom, Europe, and the U.S. This very hands-free, no fuss annual will readily self-sow in place.

Growing instructions
Direct sow 2-3 weeks before last frost, or start indoors a few weeks before that and then transplant (carefully—Love in a Mist can be temperamental at transplant time). Love in a Mist tolerates dry conditions and likes average soil. May self-sow.
