Certified Organic
Solanum tuberosum
Delicious red-skinned potato with firm white flesh.
This early, productive, disease-resistant variety was selected for its rich red skin color. Small eyes and thin skins make peeling easy. The delicious firm white flesh makes it great for boiling, frying, and baking, and it holds together well in potato salads. Early Blight, scab and rhizoctonia resistant.
